 Identifying the personality types of the counselor: Family counselors are required to be able to identify the personality types of family members who need help.  This is done through his experience in revealing the nature of the characters he deals with, and thus the ability to help them solve problems and overcome difficulties in their lives.

 Revealing the psychological aspects of the counselor: The family counselor must ensure that he is aware of the psychological aspects of the family members, as most of the social problems of family members arise due to their unjustified actions that they avoid talking about.  Therefore, the family counselor must have a high degree of intelligence and intuition to uncover the real reasons behind the strange behavior of family members, and thus provide them with assistance and support.

 Determining the social behavior pattern of the counselors: The family counselor must identify the nature of the social behaviors that arise from family members during the occurrence of various disputes in their daily lives.  Therefore, the prisoner's counselor can determine the correct treatment method and provide the necessary assistance to family members in a better way.
